I'm looking for a USA mobile phone number list .
I'm not sure if I can do that via scraping craigslist or if I am able to purchase targeted mobile phone number lists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scraping of phone numbers is not hard. I could do that for you but you might have issues sending into the US. Text blast into the US requires short codes at the moment. And the requirements for short codes are that you pay 1k upfront and need to wait for 12 weeks. I think you would be better off using other technologies than SMS right now because of the 12 weeks wait and also the 1k upfront cost for the short code.
