pls guide me on this..I want to create a US paypal which I can access from India, safely, without getting banned/limited...
you can make them easily yourself, so it does not necessarily belong to the want to buy section.
you just need non blacklisted IP, something to verify them like VCC or bank account, of course on same name as paypal.
