Not meaning to put you off but I doubt you will find it easy to find a network that will accept spammy blackhat traffic now.

Liked and agreed. Advertisers are putting up all kinds of safety walls to keep their ads safe from bot traffic or scam traffic, because nobody likes giving money away for free.
There are about 8 billion people on Earth, out of which a huge part has access to the internet. Everybody sends out thousands of clicks each day, so it's just a question of how do you get real traffic.
For this, I also recommend searching the forum. There are a lot of useful tips in here.

What kind of traffic do you need (since you posted in the "Affiliate Program" forum section)? Countries, gender, age, mobile/desktop?

No, of course this is no sale. Because I don't have any traffic to sell. But I know some free traffic sources.
And since somebody already wrote about "scam traffic" above, I'm curious about the type of traffic he is asking for.
