There is few effective tools such as Snuke, Xrumer but its not confirm your goolge 1st position. If you want to be 1st then you must do optimization manually. There is no blackhat optimizations that can give you 1st stable position.

That's a bit much to ask from a single tool. I'd use proper planning and a couple of automated tools if I were you. Or even planning and outsourcing it. It's all boils down to the planning stage.

But, I prefer SerpAttack. Simpler and faster. Although with the free version you can't select country, it can give you the general idea. But, I guess no YT ranks.

I think C nuke for all type of SEO submission. But i think we can get good enough success via using SEO tools rather manual submission. Manual work of SEO can boos your website properly from your targeted key phrases.
