I need a to setup a landing page with content locker

I'm going to need a template/theme at first.. I prefer squarespace but it can be WordPress too.. suggestions?
Then I will need a content locker for my website, and when they've completed the survey, they will be re-directed to a submit email page.
Does anyone want to help me, or do you know any good guides? I'd appreciate it alot!

It's basicly just a homepage with some info about my website n stuff, a button for content locker and a submit email page.

I have no experience in setting up websites - this is my first time.

You could get a wordpress theme either nulled bought or free from google somewhere and install it on your wordpress site. It should be quite easy to make from then onwards.

Thanks.. but the problem is I can't find a free theme that is simple and good..

edit: I'm trying to build my website with wordpress, but hosting is so expensive. I'm getting hosting for a year, and it costs $50 on Godaddy.. What's the cheapest hosting with wordpress?
