If you're still looking for fast proxies, what you can do is post on the Want to Buy thread since sellers can usually find you faster there. You can look around the MarketPlace while waiting for replies in case you come across sellers that advertise just what you're looking for.
That aside, you'll want to keep in mind that proxy speed depends on a lot of factors like your connection speed, time of day (traffic and all that), ISP, and such so check out as much of the external causes as possible so you know it's the proxy/ proxy ISP's side which has the issue.
