I need a Text Tool

I have an automation process and I need to add two words to a large number of txt files. I already have notepad++ but it uses search and replace. What I need is a program that I can add a footer to all these text docs. Something like

Best regards

to a group of 100 txt files at a time without editing each of them. I need it to post to the bottom of the file. I thought for sure I had a tool that did this at one time but I can't find or remember it.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Even if I have to buy the bloody thing.

Autohotkey (free) would be excellent for this, keep in mind there is a little bit of programming involved, HOWEREVER their community has TONS of premade scripts that I know for "ALMOST" Certain that they have one prebuilt just for this purpose.
