I need a talented Web Designer

I am looking for a talented web designer probably from India or some where the rates are low. Or if your rates are low and you are talented to do some design work. I have several sites that need work.

First one. I would like to create a site that is similar to quantumjumping I cant post urls but that is the normal extension.

I will need it very similar to that but in light not dark themed.

As a designer for nearly 15 years... You're not going to get anything mind blowing or "talented" for cheap. Design like any other service, you get what you pay for. You wouldn't go on Fiverr looking for custom programming.

You can get some kids to work on your stuff for cheap, but be ready to have a 1/2 assed website, limited to WordPress, no option for CUSTOM design (PSD->Template, good luck finding a cheap designer who CAN do this) along with horrible support/ethics; you'll be lucky if they don't get overwhelmed or misunderstand the initial agreement, 3/4 your website and run with the money.

That happens 90% of the time somebody goes price hunting with designers. Either learn to do it yourself (it only took me about 5 years to get really good at it) or be ready to pay normal prices to a 1/2 ass designer because you're going to have to pay them again to get your stuff finished.

Just a little advice.
I once had a website designed for 200 $ and it looked just like crap.
From a more experienced designer who was more expensive I got a stoked design.
So If you want to build a nice custom made website, I'd pay some more bucks.

I've had good success using scriptlance. post a bid at there lowest rate like 10-200 and you'll likely find someone. They're cheap!
