I need a splash page

I really dont fully know what I want so I'll just tell you what I kinda want!!!

A splash page that has the background of wal mart, facebook, target, kmart, victoria secret, albertson, tjmaxx, safeway, best buy....etc. Saying that the offer is time sensitive(I will provide you with the aweber code)
