I need a spacial program

Ok, i have this tool build in adobe air. What this tool does is allows users to track their orders. How it works right now is that the download link sits on some site, you click yes and browser asks where you want to download the tool. you downloaded and than you have to double click the exe files to open it. Tool auto log in opens up the app.

What i want is: after clicking download link the tool downloads and opens up itself without the user clicking exe file.

Basically sounds like a virus program almost. not sure if anyone is capable of doing such thing.
