I Need a Small Web Script ASAP

Hello guys...

This is what I need:
I will want a script/system for shopping...

Users will have to register
I will have to manually add funds to users accounts
I should be able to create packages, packages involves links so users should be able to include their links as they buy a package
Once a user buys a package the funds will be deducted from their account accordingly depending on the package price and quantity
