I will hire a skillful programmer who can build a bitcoin faucet rotator (a website compiling bitcoin faucets helping users in navigating between plethora of them). Usually faucet rotators are ugly, slow and poorly designed (see first ten examples from google search).
My website should be custom (both simple design and script) with an extended functionality (see below). I do not want webpage based on the free script downloaded from github - there are hundreds of sites like that. I want it to be unique but clear and simple!
Website has to have searchable user and faucet database, simple blog to post updates and recent news and be relatively easy to modify (add/remove faucets from the rotator, posting, user management, IP blocking ...).
