I need a simple social media scheduling tool.

I need a tool that is able to do two things.
  • Post on a Facebook page.
  • Post on a Facebook group
  • *In the same time
I need to use the tool to schedule posts for a whole day. (around 10 posts) for one Facebook page (that's also managing a Facebook group).


The tool needs to be legit, so there's no ban risk involved, like Jarvee, for example.

This is very difficult, man, and it's easy to spam that page and group
 
maybe you can try tailwind, there many more sites like this
 
If it's a little, you should do it manually, because sometimes the meta easily thinks you're a bot
 
I mean I think you can set this up in meta business manager and set up auto repost to group via iftt.com?
 
Please post using the tool a little less or Facebook will ban you from posting
 
Maybe try facebook own tool meta business suite -> Planner then you can schedule posts
 
I avoid meta business suite. I"m looking for something else.
