i need a simple custom bot that will auto comment on a forum section... kindly let me know if you can do this for me. not more than $20

Depends on the details, I don't work for free but if it's a 10 - 20 minute job I'd do it.

because i am new here i was unable to send pm. the response was "i need 15 more post to be able to send pm" what i want the bot to do is to simply comment on a particular thread on a forum called nairaland. the bot can be design to comment on my thread after each 5-10 comments or post made in the "technology market" section of the forum.... in the forum, every new post or comment that is made your post will keep dropping down.... in a nut shell the work of the bot will be to comment on my post after every few post or comment made in the section were my post is... kindly check the forum, the section and the possibility and please get back to me

I think you have to pay more than $20 for this bot, it might sound simple but there is always more work than you think when comes to applications like this.

Very simple...

*Login
*At all times if you find your logged out, simply perform login again.
*Load the tech section and look for owner's topic. Split the data based on the topic owners, if (myspl)(x) = Owner And x >= 10 then visit topic page, grab session, subject, and message and modify or post new comment. Allow user to have a list of possible comments that can be loaded from a file.

In conclusion the max time needed 30 minutes. It's easier once you've been a self employed programmer for 5 years.

i love your post. i think we will work together. will it work as a software or installed on a server so that it can run 247. i will prefer to pay a server or hosting for it if it will be possible than to run a software on my computer 247.kindly shade more light on how it will work. thanks
