I just had a look, We can develop this for you, connect us at Skype id leethost, We'll make a new script from scratch.

Since most of that is actually running client side with JavasScript - recursively downloading the site with wget or curl (or file -> save as in any web browser) will save the majority of the code and content. The only code you'd have to add is a few lines in PHP to capture any form submissions.
