any companies that allow online services, digital goods, smm services to sell?

You need to look for high risk payment processors. Where are you based as most only work with Tier 1 clients.

perfectpanel has Stripe and Stripe 3ds as payments options.

Yes, you can at least start with it. Later down the line, you can always switch the payment gateways, it's not a major problem.

Bitcoin is great ,don't leave it out totally , there still would be clients that would prefer to pay that route if it is available. just find a bitcoin payment processor like coinpayment.

If you apply directly it will not work, there are a few secret tricks that can make stripe work even for smm websites
