I need a Quora Partnership account

Hey. Recently I have found that Quora Partnership program could be a goldmine.
So I have created a new account and added some questions and only after 24 hours these questions got 20k+ views only for 15 min of thinking.

The problem now is that I can't my hands on one of these accounts.
I read that random people from US got invited even after account creation.
I own 35+ iPV4 proxies from uk,germany and france and my idea was to create account from there until get invited.

Also I am considering buying an account with partnership activated, but a provider is very hard to find.

What do you think guys ?
Is there a specific algorithm to get invited or is totally random?
