I need a programmer to manipulate the rea*l estate listings from our subscribed source.
maybe this is scraping, IDK, but I just need two columns out of 4 to be displayed.

see pic:


NOTES:We do not have database for this. It is just a url page of those listings and we need tit to look like the 2nd photo.
The site is a regular static site with .html extension (not .asp), if that helps any.

Budget: $60 - sorry this all I have allotted.

Maybe i could help you with this. But you have to describe it a bit more.
Is it only one time scraping or periodic?
Only one page or a lot of pages?
Do you have php installed on your server? I am asking this because you dont have database, which is not common for me ;-).
