The Hire a Freelancer section would be a sensible start ...

Either post for yourself and learn the process or look at the freelancer sites to hire someone. Quick search through google should find you GAF, odesk, and couple others. Post your JOB and make sure to qualify all the workers that try to apply for it.

I found somebody on GAF who did it for 60c a post, sometimes he doens't post as many ads as I want right away but when he does they stick.
