I just had a fully verified paypal account get limited (I added everything except an ssn, including credit card and bank account) so I need one that has added a ssn

please help!! pm me

It's gonna be hard to get an SSN because as stated above, it has to have the associated name. They verify it along with the date of birth. However, anything is possible.

Don't get caught or the will limit that account too and you will lose all of your money.

Why don't you just add you ssn? Paypal won't try anything stupid with your ssn.
