I think you are not reading topic. I said " Which is the best payment gateway without LLC or non-us resident."

They all want me to be an American citizen, or they want me to be a company.

Oh my bad G. Do they actually ask for your company's Tax Identification Number, EIN or Corporation Number?

Either way, I think there are some service providers on BHW that offer Virtual Bank Accounts - maybe they're also able to offer you a gateway. Worth a try.

I believe you can upgrade your personal paypal account to a business one without having a registered business - just say you're self employed.
