I need a partner for my newest JV website

Hi folks. I am looking for a partner for my newest JV website.
The website is already installed, SEO optimized, and promoved.

What I need for the future partner:
-To write quality SEO articles;
-To have WordPress knowledges ( SEO, Security & Performance );
-To have knowledges about Social Media, and to know how to promote the website there.

What he must have:
-A computer&internet connection, with a full time access;
-A good motivation to make money ;
-Spare time;
-He must speak english ( not very well, but as we can understand each other ).

The ads from the website are from Adsense ( 2 years Adsense verified account );

You don't need any $1 to start.
The domain is a a top level TLD ( .com ). The hosting is also provided by me.
In the future, if the website will get a lot of visitors, I will upgrade to a dedicated package ( from my own budget, too ).

The share will be 50%-50%, from the PROFIT.
