I need a mini site

What the hell happened to big graphics mini sites? It seems like they're all gone.

I need a very eye-popping graphical mini site.

Alright. I want a mini-site with impressive graphics.

So this would mean:

A header image.
A footer image for the bottom.
An html file that has it as a table.


*I dont want an ebook cover or the banner.

I put a lot of examples of exactly the type of thing I'm looking for in attachments as pictures.

It's crazy I've browsed everywhere and can't find a good service for this.

The important thing is I need examples someone's work showing something similar to it. I've went on elance a million times and the graphics just end up sucking.

I will include very detailed instructions for the header image. I know the words I want on it, the angle and way I want them, and I have images to include. I'm going to provide everything I can to make sure it gets done the first time cause I dont want to leave the designer lost and I dont want them to have to redo it a lot.

Basically those examples I have are perfect illustrations of the type of thing I want.

Can anyone do this and how much?

Hi, what you are seeking is atleast 250$ job. We don't have anything like that in our portfolio but could take up the challenge as we've got couple of good designers in our team
