Hello,

I need a logo and text design preferably that goes along with T-shirts and fire for my T-shirt business at my website. I don't have much money by any means but feel free to comment back for the site if interested. Thanks in advance.

You can't make a contest out of this. That is called "crowdsourcing" and it is not allowed on BHW.
You can however ask potential designers to show you some examples of their previous work.
