I Need a local business directory builder maintainer

Anyone out there willing to build a local business directory
that will have doctors and non profit listings and possibly maintain it?

I could use a simple wordpress plugin on an existing domain or subdomain of mine and my hostgator account.I just do not have the time or knowledge on how to do it.

If you build and maintain it I would split 50 50 as I get customers

I am looking for a person to create a local business directory
that will have listings of local new jersey state businesses.

I need it done on a simple wordpress theme and there is a plugin for the directory. I just need someone to build it or put it together, and possibly maintain it by updating entries into it.

I need a price of how much it would cost me to put it on my hostgator account with my own domain.

Or if a person wants to create it and update it i would share fifty fifty of all the customers placed in it each time an entry is put in by the person who would be updating it for me.
