So, I buy a new phone and a new simcard. I want to use tiktok to drive traffic from a specific country. I need to make a new iCloud account to be on the specific country?
If yes, what I need to put on specific details like postcode, and address? This need to be from that country?

In case of choosing adress and postcode, you just pick up any place like hotel, restaurent, musium...
anything in real life.
