I need a high-risk payment gateway, I am not an EU or US citizen, I am from one of the Balkan countries
  • GEO? Worldwide, but mostly EU and Asian countries.
  • Monthly volume? Currently $20K per month, but I know it will reach $100K in the near future.
  • Chargeback ratio? At $20K monthly volume, only 4 chargebacks occurred, and all funds were refunded to the owners.
  • What kind of product exactly? Game software so Digital product
  • Shipping time? Delivere within 12 hours.

Although setup is a little bit of a challenge, CCBill is the go to platform for High-risk payments IMO. There are definitely better solutions out there, but they have a good number of experience and battle tested.
If I recall correctly, you'd need a company and around 3-4k to get the Visa/MasterCard, but not sure if they've changed it or not. The main issue is the percentage, but they're quite flexible if you show proof.
 
If someone recommend you Telegram group or guy for high risk payment gateway, don't go there, its absolutely scamming.

I am interesting in what software you sell. like mobs?

CCBill, currently most well known/accredited high risk payment gateway
 
CCBill is a good one, but I'm not sure if they wil accept a Balkan business
 
Are you open to a JV partnership for this request of yours?
 
Totally get where you're coming from - selling certain types of software can turn into a payment nightmare real fast, even if everything's clean on your end. Seen that happen a bunch.

There are some setups that help keep things stable, usually by keeping the payment side super clean and separating the actual product a bit deeper.

I am also from Balkans, and still searching for an option but SaaS in adult industry. The only thing that I can use rn but for more white hat SaaS as payment processor are Lemon Squeezy. But they wont accept high risk industry. Let me know if you found a solution.

What geo's do you require and is this recurring payments or single deposits?

Usually require stealth, that's mostly payment on different website. If you interested I also try to find partnership with risk industry.

You may want to incorporate firstly a company in UK, US or HK. It's easier to find payment processors if you have a company set-up.
 
Peerwallet support all kind of digital business. Check with them aswell
