i have tens of new website need to do seo. they are totally new site, so i need a good seo guy can supply me good ways on seo that will not result in punishment by google. i tried some service on bhw(do many backlinks one time), but google punished my sites. here is my new plan:
no need many backlinks, just few high quality backlinks(5-10), such as from hompage article post or from your personal website etc, add other some variable backlinks(50-100) which make the links seem natural.
