Hostinger is fast but all free hosting have limits and will place watermarks and/or ads.

The only think you need to understand about such free hosting service providers is that they can close your web site anytime without any notice.
So make sure you have backup with you and you know the direction where to move your web site.
I believe investing a few $$ per month in paid hosting service will make you more patient .

I've tried in past:
infinityfree: it's good but its true they delete your site without warning.
buyshared.net: cpanel-hosting is not offered now. they discontinued in Feb, 2021. also BuyShared/BuyVM though using Ryzen server was having slow-loading times, slow TTFB thus sites were not generally ranking high in SERP.
Awardspace: Used it. very nice. They don't offer free ssl though. You've to buy one.
dewlance: very bad support. plans are good.
another four web-hosts I've used in past were (recommended earlier by black-hat users ) :
) :Byet.host : its' free-wordpress. later i upgrade to their premium plan. It's not that cheap.
the-online.com : used their cpanel starter plan (shared hosting), $1.30/mo with Wordpress-hosting auto-installer. I've used their U.S. and Netherland locations. DMCA-ignored in (netherlands/singapore) for those looking for seo-hosting with diversified IPs or want free-speech hosting or good for pbn-hosting.
isodeme: They offer free wordpress hosting, limited to 500MB space and subdomain too! Speeds are nice. but no upgrades.
Host25 cents: cheap hosting in France, OVH. but they'll shut down site without warning and for any reason they think. so not that reliable, but you get it for pennies/cents.
