Let's encrypt provides free SSL certificates, however you need to have shell access in order to implement it, which is probably hard to find for free.

I believe thats what facebbok and instagram are for why would you need a website create a page instead

I dont use blogspot because i want to make a dynamic web page by using wordpress. i want to setup any theme and plugin.
so i found a free hosting, i got free ssl with cloudflare.

WIll a trial do? Headover to DIgital Ocean then. They offer free 2 months trial with $100 credit. As for SSL, follow what @Nonilol suggested. Should get you started without a dime.

from my experience.
Free web hosting is shit, complete shit.
So you can spend 5 dollars in a digital Ocean account and get 100 dollars for 60 days.
Use the balence to host your website and try to sell the remaining balance.
Sell RDPs..
Just be creative.
This is an idea That I had...

Search for small bussiness yahoo they are offerinfg1 year free domain hosting any many more because of pandemic..

OP you can use 000webhost. And use Cloudflare or zerossl for free SSL.

You guys don't even deserve to be insulted...

Try google sites, it's the easier and most performant way to get it the things running,
if you are doing this for family, then I don't imagine you need any monetizations (ads for example)
