In order to get a better response to your thread you should give details as to what you're wanting. Are you looking for someone to just convert your content into a PDF, or are you looking to outsource someone to write you an ebook?
The request is somewhat vague. Pdf doc converters are freely available and ebook writers can be found on many forums.
