Hello , i'm searching a Dev that have a good expirince with the entire proxy world.

I want to create the same system proxy managements of big Company as OxyLabs , SmartProxy , PacketStream ,etc

So i need to able to :

- Create my differents country pool
- manage subuser
- able to provide sticky and rotating proxies
