I Need A Custom Skype Bot

Hello there! I'm an independent camgirl.
(...it's not fake. I make contacts on skype, I charge $2 per minute, they pay, I do shows.)
Anyways!
What would make my life significantly easier would be if I had a skype bot that would:


[x] automatically send requests out to a specific number of people (200-400) per hour*
[x] that fell between particular brackets (male, 25-55 years old)
[x] and were in a specific location (USA)
[x] would generate my automatic message to each person that accepted the contact request ("Hi I'm Autumn, and I give private sexy shows for $2 per minute. How long of a session would you like?")
[x] would auto decline calls (because honestly, I can't even think when I have several of these going off at once)


This is a business investment for me with the potential to bring in a lot of new clients. For this reason, I take your compensation very seriously. While I have an idea of how much money I'd be willing to spend on this, I'm not looking to get duped or over-quoted, so just know that, even though I'm not placing a number here, I'm more than willing to put up money for this.
