Hi. I want to built a custom website like Likestagram.com

I do NOT have limit on budget.




1. Auto functions : Like, Follow, Unfollow based on tags.

2. Features : Scheduler and Tags & Users & Caption Blacklist.
- Scheduler must be exactly the same as Instagress's.

3. Only 1 ip is allowed for each Instagram account.
