I need a crash course...

I'm looking for a good ebook or video tutorial that will give me a crash course on eBay listing techniques and "best practices" Nothing earth shattering or particularly new probably.

If anyone knows of a single source that can get me this info, I'd appreciate a link or something....

Let me clarify so I don't get too many smart ass replies....

I'm not looking for a dropshipper or a money making method using eBay....I also know how to use eBay just fine to list items, process payments, etc so I'm not looking for a "hand out" of how to make money, nor am I a complete idiot when it comes to getting around eBay and using it.

What I want is a basic rundown of best practices for listing items. For example, I know its always best to pay the extra .35 for the gallery listing...
There must be an eBook or something out there that outlines this stuff, but I don't know where to find it.

If you have something like this or know where I can download what I'm looking for, I'd really appreciate any guidance.
