I need a comment bot

I need someone to create me a comment bot for a tube site.
The bot will be commenting on videos

1) create disposable email address
2) create account on tube site
3) confirm account
4) comment on videos

options:
choose comment, choose video category to post in, choose avatar image for tube site account, repeat process from 1 up to 50 times, be able to preset all usernames to be created and comments to be posted.

I don't think anyone will do this for 100$ from scratch. Just a license for this kind of software could cost you 100$.

Well, I had an offer before for this price, the guy seemed legit with a good rep and was willing to do it, the only problem was he couldn't do the avatars so I had to give up
