I need a coder to update server based audio creator script

I put this out on odesk an vworker and ended up with time wasters who did not finish the job or made stupid bids.
The script is almost ready. It just needs someone who actually knows what the F*** they are doing.
A couple of lines of coding to enable recording and uploading of audio and selection of player buttons
I have a selection of player templates.
I am prepared to offer a generous share option on all sales to the right candidate.
