on another hand, such script would be very easy to create, you just have to request HTML data and then compare hashes of the previous checks.
Could be a bit more complex for SPA and ajax driven websites, but still pretty easily doable.

Is there any way I can do it for free?
I need to check it very frequently and this does need a monthly subscription for that
II am not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to these kinds of things ...
I think I already own a software which can do it if you want you can get my account for free I don't really care what you do with it?

Can you tell me in full form what you need to be done since I think I have something but I am not sure what you need fully?
@Willyfish . I get lots of software for cheap prices of places like Appsumo or women or other people give me stuff so no issue or problem someone getting one of my softwares.
