I need a bot.. Could be easier to do as mobile app not sure

I posted on elance to see some pricing options.. and who could do this. But I trust my BHW! I don't wanna give too much info away about what exactly I need done as I want to use this for my business. But basically I need to automate a process on an app.

It has to do with changing a setting, going into the app and doing a process, then going out, changing a setting, repeating etc.

It could be simple a program using the internet masking itself as a mobile client.. I mean I'm an amateur programmer I sort of know what it needs to do behind the scenes but don't know how to do it. I'm on a college budget but honestly for someone with the knowledge this shouldn't be too hard to do at all. If you have knowledge and time, pm me and we can talk over there or on Skype.

I am actually a PHP guy, so I wont be able to make a bot, but may be a script which does the same thing.
