I need a 54 range proxy!! Please help!!

I need an 54 Range Proxy . An ip that start with 54.000.000. The location is woodbridge new jersey. I am having a hell of a time to find a fresh proxy for this. I am told that the people from this forum have the knowledge to guide me! Please advise!!

Proxies starting with 54 are not famous...
Try to scan (if you know how) 54.0.0.0 - 54.255.255.255 but it will be long.
