Thanks for posting here.
However as some advice, never ask some one directly for money, usually they don't give unless they have ulterior motive behind it.
Look for jobs it easy to hunt them, rather ask people for job that you can do for them, literally any job is fine rather then being here and asking from strangers.
If you really need money ask from your friends and people that trust you.
Asking here is useless. I mean people are good with words or some tech help but that is what you can except from strangers.
Few business ideas, if you are from tier 1 country just go to local shops and cafe and tell them you provide website services, give portfolio links to them, which you can get from fiver or any other cheap marketplaces. (Even I can provide you).
Get few projects in any niche, just be convincing enough explaning your prvious projects so they belive you that you know your thing.
Once you get the project get them cheap for few bucks on fiver or any other good marketplaces.
Later use your marketing skill to sell them for many more $$, keep the commission. (even 10 good website designs will get you upto 3k$ demand).
I mean in past 2014 I use to make website for big cargo websites as low as 40$ later found out that my client was non technical person just good at getting products selling them of for many thousands bucks.
So in nutshell here is what you can do "get portfolio websites top notch from other freelancers, show them to your potential clients, and keep the commission for each sale".
Again world is full of opportunities. May you make a lot. Best wishes
