You have to realise that there are people that spend a lot of time searching for accounts and then sifting through them, paying for (sometimes) expensive services to check the stats of the different accounts and then checking that they are actually available and not just unused and you are offering $8 for 25 pre-registered accounts.
That is a very miniscule amount, if you look in the marketplace you would be paying way more than that for the accounts and that is because the time and effort taken to find the accounts is worth way more than $8.
I hope you can find what you need at a decent price but you would be very lucky to get a list at anywhere close to that amount.

They are likely newly registered, as in not at all aged. They take seconds to register. Aged accounts with reasonable stats could take an hour+ to find each account.
Also the person finding the accounts need to have paid services to find the stats on the accounts so you have long time to find the accounts and reasonable cost to find them.
There is a vast difference in the time and cost involved between a newly registered account and finding an aged available account with good stats.
