I don't know if you want to be searching for "website makers" by finding one that is "the cheapest"...

that's like going to buy a car and looking for the cheapest one. If you post what you're looking and then your budget, that may give you better results.

What kind of websites you want? Wordpress/HTML/Joomla/whatEverElse? Do you want a backend (admin) area also? Will any or all of the sites be database-driven -- eg. site has products/sales/ecom/etc.? Do you need a custom home page also? How many pages each site will have (maximum) during this project, name those pages? Will you provide the graphics to be used on the site? Will you opt for maintenance charge or you'll manage that on your own? Will you need more modifications/changes while the project is being completed or after completion -- for extra charges? Extra functions/forms needed? What else?... PM me with those answers alongwith the complete details and your budget for each site.

P.S.:
I don't use Skype. PM me those details. If we go ahead with this project, then my programmer/web-developer son, who is also a new member here, will 100% interact with you throughout on his Skype while this project is on.
