I need 1M hits a month - SEO/other methods

Gents,

I currently get around 200-300k hits a month and will be launching our new website soon. We need to make this a full time job, and to do that we need increase the hits and also get busy with the advertising.

we get plenty of our hits from a news aggregating site - NewsNow - which is great - but we need something more to get us over the 1M mark.

We're looking to make a lot from the site in the near future (we also have an app being launched) if someone is able to take over the SEO and the advertising then we can talk about a fee to do that. If there's anyone that can just do the SEO, then I'll happily talk to you.

Please look at how our site looks and come at me with some ideas. Anyone who mentions skype will be ignored.

That's a big jump in traffic. SEO will obviously play a big part in this. Are you producing YT videos? Where is the bulk of the traffic coming from?

You just gave me an idea for a site. Not sure if anyone knows how to create this type of site (news agregate but for finance-stock news?)
Anyways OP, re that SEO job, PM me your goals, estimated budgets etc and I will send over the offer if I think we can work together

News Now is a main source of traffic each day, that's going to increase too as they're starting to take around 80% of our articles, previously it was maybe 15%.

We've just started YT vids. We've done two, last week. We also just started to get stuck into Google plus also. It's a big jump in traffic, I know, but I'm looking towards end of the year or maybe 12 month from now. Not instant.

What is bad if we talk to our clients on Skype? I prefer only skype. I am hearing it for first time, can you tell the demerits of it?

The problem is not in using skype, it's in people replying simply with 'add me on skype' and nothing else of note in their posts. Simply not going to discuss anything with people who do that.

Ok, that is better called spamming. I thought it was supposed to do something with Skype itself.

Build a database of sources and scrape the titles regularly. Very easy.

What is bad? Oh where do I start. Lemme see.
"Add me on Skype so we can discuss the project"says the possible client. After that we continue there and the project discussion turns into job interview meat client-teach-me-how-to-do-my-job meats random-shit-like-we-dont-want-spammy-link even though I already sent over a proposal how we earn links and on which sites and so on...3 hours later we finish with how's the weather and 10 days later I find out that they want my service but they thought prices were in rupees, not dollars.....
