I would just go one a site like hi5 or fotolog and save the pictures. Maybe you should on a site like vworker and outsource the finding/saving job. Im sure you could get someone to do it for like 40 - 50 bucks.

To OP: you can get tons of specifically male pictures from a gay dating site.
 
Just go to ***** /b/ and use the downloader as suggested.

also search Craigslist for m4m with pics. You should get 1k pics easily on just those 2 sources.
 
ok so the name of the site I was suggesting is censored. I can kinda understand why but it is a source for what you are looking for.. a neverending source really. PM me if you are sitll looking
 
ScrapeBox is your friend.:)

Download Google Image Grabber plugin, scrape some keywords around "men photos", put em' in the plugin, watch the folder filling with thousands of images.
