Rotating residential will be what you're looking for. You get access to millions of IP's and just pay for the data that you use.

It would also be useful to clarify in advance whether you need 125 different proxies (i.e., 125 different IPs) simultaneously or sequentially.
If sequentially, then you simply need a few rotating proxies. For example, 5 proxies, each attached to 25 of your accounts performing automated actions. Each of these 25 will use the given proxy in turn and then rotate the proxy's IP.
The choice between data center, residential, or mobile proxies will depend on the specific task and the particularities of your target web resource. Typically, for the most capricious platforms with a high risk of bans, mobile proxies are recommended (residential from a good provider are also ok).
