Lol if $750 is expensive, then it seems like you are trying to make people work for pennies. Contact me if you have a budget of $1400 and more. I will push the project to my company if you can bear that. We develop sites using Yii framework (google it), which is even better than symphony, CI and Zend in my opinion.
