It sounds to me that you are looking for 10,000 people to download your affiliate software? If this is the case I would just do a guest post on a site like CNet or another top tier computer blog. You know these sites generate Millions of hits each month, send all that referral traffic to your website and there are your 10,000 downloads At least that's how I would do it if my client approached me with this scenario Feel free to PM me if you need help.
