I created an account with cb way back when. I got a check in the mail last month, turns out some videos i made years ago are still sending traffic and bringing sales.

Problem is I never believed I could make anything so I didn't fill out my profile properly. So the name on the check does not match the name in my bank account.

So my bank just called and said they couldn't process the check. what should i do? Anyone have this problem before?

Just contact them and tell them the whole story that by mistake you type the name wrong and request them to reissue the new check on the correct name.

Clickbank support has always been helpful... you can tell them what happened, be true.

Well like others said contact clickbank and explain situation, also provide some kind of proof for your real name. You will probably receive another check and probably you will be starting clickbank promotions again ? :)

Don't worry OP, I made exactly the same mistake last year, by giving them a fake address. I contacted support and everything got sorted out.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry! We can reissue this payment if you'd like.

Be advised that our bank charges us a $20 stop payment charge per check and this is deducted when the reissue is processed. Once you confirm you'd like this completed, the amount will be credited to your ClickBank account and included with your next payment from your ClickBank account. In this instance, your account will pay out with the next available pay period regardless of your selected payment threshold amount.

Please let us know how you like to proceed,

Regards,

Carola

This shows the power of passive income. Imagine this guy had 40 videos like this instead of 1?

Maybe the amount to pay in commissions for clearing it, is bigger than the check itself.

why didn´t you choose direct deposit as payment method?
