I Make Average $6000 every month from 5 sites. Set And Forget Method

Life span of these type of site would be around 3 months before the launch and around 1 months after launch.

The reason you are seeing Honda Jazz official site is because its due launch in India but has been launched in Australia. Honda Jazz first came out back in 2001.

So go for the model which has not yet been launched in any other country.

I target 3 countries and all sites are in English.

A few companies will complain about trademarks but not all. For example Hyundai does not seem to care. If you search for hyundai i20 or i20 or any other variations of the car in google you will find this site out ranking others: hyundaii20.c0.in this site has already been sold long back and continues to earn as Hyundai does not seem to care. Truth is not all companies try to protect their trademarks, in such cases the site will last for a long time and continues to earn

Lowlife piece of shit for scamming people with something that is not only going to lose them money, but also get in to legal issues for having a blatant bullshit site that's tarnishing the launch of a new product that's cost millions to develop.

Regarding copyright and trademark issues, I usually receive notice during the launch time or in the month following the launch. They usually give around 10 days to take my site down. This is the time I list my site for auction. And if when the buyer asks about the copyright and trademark issues, I have a good story ready which I give them.

i don`t see the scamming part in selling a trademarked domain.

the person buying will see the domain and website upfront. if they choose to buy a trademarked domain and take the risk. its their problem.
as long as you don`t hide it its no problem in my opinion. its not like you are tricking them in doing so.

the only unethical thing is you are selling a website with a certain monthly income. but you know that will go down after a month, because of the competition that will be there eventualy, and this site will be on page 25 or something in google without heavy promotion on the buyers part.
leaving the buyer with a 5k website wich earns nothing..

The ideas are nice except for the selling part. Just plain wrong IMHO

I dunno about the issues with trademarked domains, there are absolutely loads of them around, good luck to the car manufacturers trying to enforce takedown requests for domains registered, hosted and owned in foreign countries, also if you made the info factual with a link to the manufacturer why would they want to take you down?

If you spent a little longer on the site you shouldn't have to worry too much about C&D requests.

However one thing I don't like about the idea is the spammy nature of the site and the "all formats of adsense" plastered all over the page. This is just begging google to ban your account.

I like the effort but if I were to reword it I would make it read something along the lines of find an upcoming product, create an informative site around it and stick some adsense on it till you can affiliate the page up.

I like the idea, its smart and low work. If you're not fond of the selling part then just don't sell the domain, or give the buyer fair warning. Any buyer should do his/her research before buying anything, and with buying anything that has trademark names there is always a potential risk.

cpavirgo: thanks! and now I have some questions if you don't mind haha
1) How are you able to do this just 5-6 months before the launch? I looked at models being released in 2011 and there is already a slew of sites and information on them. Am I just looking at the wrong cars?
2) You said only go for first generation vehicles right? As in don't go for cars that have already been released in another country?
3) I suppose the car research is where I'm getting stuck, I find lists of sites and forums that talk about upcoming car launches and releases, but a hard time sifting through which vehicles haven't already been released elsewhere. Any advice here?
4) Interested in a semi-JV? You tell me which model, which country, etc. I make all the site exactly as you instruct, pop your adsense or CPA ads, your server or my server doesn't matter. And then you share 30-40% of profits? I do all the work and you just collect. This makes it completely hands free for you, or gives you time to make more sites just for yourself.

Thanks! Any more advice or help is appreciated! Please PM

I like it a lot. so can you give me one of your sites...

hehehehe
I mean seriously..give it to me now...

Uh, a jrvip ethics police too. Great.

What is it with people lately. This *is* blackhat. It's not a scam. He's just not explicitly saying "You're going to get emailed about copyright issues".

This is pretty mild compared with some of the things out there. Right now affiliates are selling acai berries and telling people they'll lose weight. Guess what? They won't.

And guess what else. When the person tries to cancel that free trial they'll find it almost impossible. They'll have to cancel their bank card.

*That* is a scam and loads of us are banking on it. This is nothing.

Can the ethics police please leave our forum. I for 1 am sick of reading posts about "This is just wrong, it's a scam, it's fraud, it's bad, it's unethical".

Take it to the carebear forum.

Dude - the scam/ crime is selling a site after you have been notified that it is going to be taken down.
If you can't understand that, then you must be from the Bernie Madoff school

How would you feel if spent $5000 and gotten totally bilked? Would you say Aww, I don't want to be a carebear, its just blackhatting, no problem.

I said that it is a good idea up to that point and offered a constructive critique on how to avoid really crossing over a legal line.

Being a self righteous BH who thinks all scams are the same doesn't add anything to your cred and what you have to say

Take your meds and cool

how is this at all a scam?
your making a site, getting traffic and selling it?

if somebody is stupid enough not to realize why the site is making so much and getting so much traffic (right after the car with the same name as the domain has be launched) then that person is an idiot

like, if a new disney cartoon is released, there is gonna be loads of searches for it, obviously people are gonna stop searching in a few years. how many searches a day are there for "jungle book"? a lot less than "aliens vs monsters" (or whatever its called)

c'mon people

and if you gonna spend $5000 on a site, i would think you would look into the legalities of the domain and other trademarks

Clearly this is fraud:

Fraud:
1. A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain.
2. A piece of trickery; a trick.

The reason the buyer of the site is buying it in the first place is because they expect that revenue to continue. If the revenue is not going to continue, but a seller presents that it will continue (knowing already that it won't) then the seller has committed fraud.

It's just a trick/scam/deception plain and simple.

Any arguments created to justify this kind of behavior don't change the facts. And yes, it is wrong.

nobody said the site would continue earning like its past earnings
has General Motors committed fraud against its investors because it has gone bankrupt (ie; earnings are not what they used to be)?
